Muji Under Eye Patches – 20 Pieces availble here from Muji

I bought these for £1.50 and you 20 pieces in a pack. The texture is great for holding whatever lotion/gel you choose to put on it, and the eye patch fits perfectly under the contours of your eye. Lately, I have been using them as a quick temporary fix to reduce my dark circles in the morning. Here’s how:

Green Tea Under Eye Mask

Green tea is not only rich in antioxidants but also has a surprisingly high caffeine content – which is good news for perking up your under eyes and giving near instant improvements.

  1. Brew a cup of Green Tea and allow the bag/leaves to steep for a few minutes.
  2. Pour some of the Green Tea out into a small bowl and allow to cool (you may drink the rest)
  3. Once the small amount of Green Tea has cooled, soak two eye patches in the tea and allow to fully saturate and absorb
  4. Once the patches have absorbed as much green tea as possible, gently press out some of the excess liquid so that it is no longer dripping, and refridgerate overnight either in a clean bowl covered or in a ziplock bag (I leave it in the fridge overnight)
  5. Once the patches have become fridge cold, apply the patches to your under eyes for approx 10-15 minutes, and experience reduced dark circles from the cooling effect which constricts the blood vessels under your eyes, and the caffeine which delivers instant brightness.
